With self-catering accommodation on-site for up to 44 guests, our charming 50-acre family-run farm in Hutton, North Somerset, is entirely yours to enjoy. Spend the day celebrating with loved ones in a covered marquee before hopping on a golf cart and heading back to one of our seven stylish properties dotted around the site.

Big Oak Barn
Sleeping up to 18 guests, Big Oak Barn is the ultimate contemporary celebration pad. With a dazzling disco ball, a 14-person swim spa, a cosy Thermo Wood Sauna, and an Arctic Cabin with Grilling Station, this showstopping party property is the perfect place to gather loved ones and keep the celebration alive from rehearsal night through to farewell brunch.
The Old Dairy
Sleeping 16, The Old Dairy packs plenty of cottage character with added perks. Inside, you’ll find oak-beam ceilings, a cosy log burner, six stylish bedrooms, a games room, and a large kitchen. Outside, there’s a bubbling hot tub and a walled courtyard complete with an Arctic Cabin and Barrel Cedar Sauna – an exceptional property for all your family guests.
Glamping & Couples’ Accommodation
When it comes to couples’ retreats, we have plenty of options. Treat outdoor enthusiasts to a rural, back-to-nature stay with a night or two in Orchard View Yurt or the Shepherd’s Hut, house animal lovers in the elegant Lottie’s Lodge, or sleep a small family of up to three in the charming Cider Barn.
