Work hard, play harder. This impressive glass-fronted retreat sleeps 18 and centres around a huge social lounge with a giant TV, ideal for relaxed meetings or strategy chats over coffee. The sleek granite kitchen is perfect for private catering (see stay upgrades), while outside, the bubbling swim spa, ThermoWood sauna, and Arctic Cabin promise pure relaxation. By night? There’s a disco ball, karaoke, and plenty of room to let loose.
Unwind in The Old Dairy
After somewhere a bit more traditional for your company retreat? Sleeping 16, The Old Dairy is a charming converted farm building kitted out with a private hot tub, cedar barrel sauna, cold-bucket shower, Arctic Cabin, and plenty of other perks. The cosy lounge is ideal for catching up with colleagues, while the generous kitchen and dining area is a fantastic space for evening meals and team brunches. There’s also a large pool table and dartboard. And yes, there’s karaoke here too!

Book the whole estate and give your team first dibs on where they want to stay. From our idyllic Lady’s Well Shepherd’s Hut to the elegant Olivia’s Roost, we have plenty of comfortable options for staff wanting to claim their own space. Why not make one of the big properties your go-to gathering spot and then part ways when it’s bedtime? Everything’s on the same site, so nobody’s ever too far from the action.
